Return & Claims Policy 반송 General Return Policy: 반송 정책 We at Roland stand behind the quality of our products and brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are glad to accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You will be given a refund on the purchase price minus our shipping costs and 15% of processing fee, even if you received it with free shipping. 본사는 취급하는 모든 제품의 품질과 브랜드를 보장합니다. 반송을 원할 경우 제품을 받은 날로부터 14일안에 영수증과 함께 반송하실 수 있습니다. 반송은 배송비외에 15%의 processing fee를 제외한 금액을 환불해 드리며 반송비용은 고객부담입니다.
The following conditions must be met: 반송시 아래의 조건이 갖추어져야 합니다. · Item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and manuals. · 반송제품은 원래 포장상태이어야 하며 모든 부속품과 사용 설명서가 처음 배송시와 동일하게 포함되어야 합니다. · The packaging must not have any writing or damage on it, so please take care in repacking the item before sending it back to us. · 상자가 손상되거나 제품에 낙서 등이 있을 경우 반송은 불가능합니다. 반송시 제품의 상태를 먼저 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. · All supplements or free gifts must be returned with the item, unused and in its original packaging. · 모든 제품의 반송시 추가 선물로 제공되었던 것 역시 함께 반송되어야 합니다. · We will not accept any items returned with product damage, or items that are used, washed, altered, or unsellable for any other reason. If products have damaged packaging or missing documents such as manuals, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. · 사용된 제품, 손상된 제품, 개조된 제품 및 재판매가 불가능한 상태의 물건은 반송을 허용하지 않습니다. 제품의 포장에 손상이 있거나 사용 설명서등의 서류가 없을시에는 15%의 추가 비용이 적용됩니다. · All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization form. To receive a Return Authorization form and detailed instructions on returning your product, please contact us at 323-731-1111. · 모든 반송은 반드시 영수증 원본과 반송시 사용되는 return authorization form이 첨부되어야 합니다. Shipping Damage Claims: 배송시 손상
If your product is damaged due to shipping, please call us at 323-731-1111 as soon as you receive it. Do not remove any items, and keep the packaging as is. We may have to claim the damage with the shipping company. 제품이 배송 도중 손상되었을 경우 즉시 323-731-1111 로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 제품을 포장된 상태로부터 빼내지 마시고 그대로 유지하시기 바랍니다. 배송사에 청구해야 할 수도 있습니다.
Product Defect Claims:
If you receive a product which you feel is defective, please call us at 323-731-1111.
